How WYNK Rentals handles your personal data when you rent with us.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email (if you give it) and date of birth when you book; at pickup, your ID and driving licence details, photos of the car and your signature.
Why
To manage your booking, confirm your identity and driving licence, contact you about the rental, and meet our legal obligations. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
How we protect it
ID documents are stored privately; only staff who need them can open them, and each view is recorded. Links to them expire after a few minutes. Uploads that never become part of a booking are deleted within a day.
Messages we send
SMS and emails about your booking only - how to pay, confirmation, reminders. No marketing unless you ask for it.
Your rights
Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you can ask to see the data WYNK Rentals holds about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we no longer need to keep. Contact us and we’ll respond promptly.
